- Adverse credit (to a point!)
- Mortgage and/or Rates arrears
- Property Law Act Notices
Legal
- Where solicitors are required, Basecorp Finance will instruct the borrowers’ solicitor direct – This process keeps borrower’s legal costs to a minimum.
