Fees
Lenders Application Fee
- Dependent upon Loan Type, i.e. Consumer Loan or Business/Investment Loan
- 1st Mortgage – From 1.5% to 2.5%
- 2nd Mortgage – From $500.00
Broker Fee
- At the brokers discretion (within reason!)
Legal Costs
- 1st Mortgages – Only Clients solicitors costs, no legal costs for Basecorp.
- 2nd Mortgages – From $240.00 for standard loans completed without the need to involve solicitors.
Early Settlement Fee
Up to 1 month’s interest if repaid early (within documented loan term)
